We will require your
completed references
before check-in,
this can take up to
3 days, and a £70 agency fee is applicable for
this
3. Once you have
completed the
application form you
can either fax it,
post it or scan and
email the form back
to us. Please ensure
you have signed the
form where
applicable.
4. Minimum Stay
- Your minimum stay
is the amount of
time you wish to
stay in the room. We
currently offer two
options: 3 months or
6 months. Once your
minimum term is up,
your contract will
be renewed.
5. Notice period
- We require 1
months notice to
terminate your
contract. All
notices must be
given in writing via
email or letter.
