1. How is the rent calculated?
Rent is calculated on a per calendar month
basis. To calculate your monthly rent,
you take your weekly rent, and multiply it
by 52 weeks of the year, then divide by 12
months, e.g.:
£70p/w is: £70 x 52 = £3640.00/12 = £303 per
calendar month
2. Are there any agency fees?
Yes £70 per application on rooms, and
£150.00 per flat/house
3. How much do I need to pay before I move
in?
One month's deposit, and one month's or part
month's rental advance depending on when you
move in, and the agency fee.
4. What do I need when signing the
contract?
Photo identification in the form of photo
driving license of passport, copy of utility
bill or bank statement, cleared funds.
5. Are there any extra costs?
No, all bills are inclusive in our room
lets.
6. How is the rent collected?
By Standing Order set up with your bank, and
is due on the 1st of every month.
7. What's included in the rent (Rooms
only)?

All bills, including council tax, water
rates, TV license, gas, electricity, and
incoming calls only

8. Is a phone supplied at the
property?
A landline handset is provided in the
majority of our properties, with a handset
in every room.
9. What kind of furniture is provided
in the room?
All rooms are typically furnished with a
bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of
drawers.
